Policy: Playing out Rights for Indoor Soccer - Youth teams (as of July 25, 2008)

1. This policy applies to youth teams registered with the Toronto Soccer Association.
2. The completed application form requesting Playing-out rights must be submitted to the TSA District Office by August 15, 2008.
3. Teams that are playing in a Level 1 or 3 League for the outdoor season will be granted Playing-out rights for the following indoor season, if requested, provided they submit their application by the deadline.
4. A team will receive playing-out rights, only if:
a) the age division is not offered by the TSA Indoor league or the age division in the TSA Indoor League is already filled and;
b) they have submitted their application form by the deadline and;
c) there are no other outstanding debts, fines or issues with the TSA.
5. If a club has two teams in the same age and gender
division, one team may be issued playing-out rights
provided the other team is playing in the TSA Indoor
league.

West Toronto Cobras Win Tournament in Erie, Pennsylvania

West Toronto Cobras U10B attended the Erie Admirals Flagship Cup in Erie, PA on June 7th and 8th. The team came home undefeated with the Championship trophy. The results were as follows: 7-3 vs. Erie Admirals Blue, 8-3 vs. Cleveland, 12-3 Erie Admirals White, 5-4 vs. Excalibur, and finally defeating Cleveland 7-2 in the final to capture the title.
